I am super excited that you are here because I have some really great things in store for you in the upcoming months. Before I get into all of that, I would love to learn a little bit more about YOU. Yes that is right YOU!

There are many ways that I can help you however I would love to see what you really want.  Maybe you’re doing amazingly well and just want some nutritional information. Maybe you have some specific questions on how to get started on raw food?  Or maybe you can share what part of the raw food journey you find to be the most challenging?

Hello’ Sacha, I will leave my comment only because I am actually sorry that after almost 3 months on raw food that is from mid april till mid july, I gave up. In this period I also accomplished my 4rth 28 days intestinal cleanse. I wanted to really give it a try after knowing about raw food for 10 years. I had the opportunity so I did.
It’s been amazing for a number of things. My skin was glowing, I felt strong, clear, relaxed and blissful as you say, my body was changing shape. My emotions were stable, I stayed peaceful the whole time. My face had a beautiful pinky colour. The only thing that didn’t work for me was: I lost too much weight, and i was already quite skinny before.
My feeling is I’ve been too extreme and than the old side of me made a claim and took over.. Also I was surrounded by people that didn’t support my chioce. Now I almost got my weight back, but during the last month I mainly ate bread muesli and fruits, knowing very well, how not ok that is. Now of course I don’t feel so well, and I feel tense, stressed. I have to find my balance again, I don’t really enjoy cooked foods anymore, but I also do not feel attracted to raw foods, except for fruits. Too many fruits is also not good I feel it. So I guess i need to have some patience, and try to put myself in a sort of structure again or not and see were it leads me…just going day by day… So loosing weight is the one thing that doesn’t motivate me, though I noticed that when I added sprouts and seaweeds, thing got a little better, ( that was just before starting the intestinal cleanse were i followed as well 5 days juice fasting). Hi Dipta,
You have actually mentioned several issues that can arise while on a raw food journey such as weight loss and finding a balance that is right for you.
