Raw Food Book Giveaway

by Sasha on November 20, 2011

It’s that time again. Time to get inspired by trying some new raw food recipes. My last contest winner won a copy of the Food Matters DVD which I love. So why not share one of my favourite raw food cookbooks.

This book is easy to read and has some great recipes and pictures. One of the reasons that I love this book is because it requires varying skill levels and Matt let’s you know that before each recipe. Also because everything tastes AMAZING!!  So for one lucky winner just think of this as my pre Christmas gift to you!!

Sounds kinda funny, but I love making vinegarettes! They’re easy yet I can be so creative with them. And a lot of dishes would be so plain without them!

I love making anything kale related – it’s just so darned versatile (smoothies, salads, sandwiches, chips) and super YUM! It’s definitely my fav green and probably even fav food in general.

My favorite thing to make is cookies. Mmmm…..cookies. (The raw kind and the cooked kind are both delicious. I’m trying to eat more raw ones though.)

Smoothies! I love banana, strawberry smoothies and a scoop or two of protrein powder (usually vega’s complete whole food health optimizer) makes for a wonderful meal in a couple of minutes! This is by far the fastest raw food recipe I know!

Cheers!

Smoothies!! It’s also my favourite “go to”. If I’m crunched for time between clients, i’m off to the kitchen to make a smoothie. Mango’s my fav! 🙂
