Raw Vibes

by Sasha on May 7, 2012

The last couple of weeks have been really busy. Lots of health expos, raw food classes, shows and workshops. Dr. Brian Clement Lecture and even a trip to go see David Wolfe in Barrie. It has been a whirlwind of activity. Also Michelle ( my sister) and I have also launched some raw products that we have been selling at local events.

We made some raw kale chips. These were cheesy with a hint of spice added to them. I am always really happy when someone who has never heard of kale tries these and loves them. It  is like a whole new world opens up.

Then we had some raw granola. I love raw granola. It tastes great and is such a good snack to have around. It travels well and is great with some fresh almond milk in the morning or just as a snack.

Then onto raw crackers. Seriously we made probably over 100 of these crackers. I have the pic somewhere of all the crackers. These are really great with a nice kale pesto on them.

Then batches and batches of raw crackers

This is Michelle at the end of one of our day in the kitchen. Not sure for which event this was for-either the Brian Clement event or last weeks health expo, but she is happy to be finished.  However she is not going to be happy about me posting this one.!

If you have made raw food and especially dehydrated food you know that it is a labour of love and one that can take several days. So she is celebrating the wrap up of a successful day. We also had raw fudge, maca truffles and more. Go Raw Vibes Go!!

Stay tuned for more pics from the last two weeks.
